Plum Tree Mortgage, Inc. is a mortgage consultant located in Portland Oregon.

What We Do
We help customers select mortgage products. We manage the process for individuals, institutions, trusts, partnerships and other clients in the purchase, refinance and equity-access of real estate.

Our Process
Because Plum Tree is involved in the mortgage transaction from the beginning, we are committed to making sure the process stays on schedule and the closing goes smoothly. Each customer works with a Mortgage Consultant and a Mortgage Processing Assistant.

Both of these highly trained individuals are available to take calls from realtors, borrower, vendor, or underwriter. This ensures the mortgage process keeps on track.

Our Commitment

Establish Contact Quickly
We introduce ourselves to shareholders the same day for those files received before 1:00 pm.
Be Proactive
We own the closing date and we manage the turn times with vendors, lenders, and borrowers.
Follow-up
We set deadlines with vendors, borrowers, and lenders. We stay informed about underwriter approval times, and we follow-up the same day for all overdue items.
Validate in a Timely Manner
Documents are validated within one business day of receipt.
Submit Loan Files Quickly
We submit loan files within one business day from the time the last validated item is received.
